Mis-communication within the company. Samsung is a massive corporation with many divisions. Samsung USA, Samsung Electronics, and Samsung Telecommunications America (STA) are all different divisions of Samsung, and it seems that they're not always on the same page. Then you have Publicis, the PR company for STA. With so many different entities involved, things get mixed up.

Just at CTIA, I met with STA people, Publicis people, and Samsung Electronics people from Korea. Separate meetings. It was weird.
