ZOMFG can't wait for Helio...
Look at the interface! It's so... clean... and efficient... look how many fields they fit on that QVGA screen - my Samsung with the same resolution only fits 3 or 4... wow... just wow. Bout time someone gave us something that could even slightly compete with Japanese and South Korean carriers.

eric, how do you know what the myspace site will be like? Do you work for Helio or are you a software engineer for them or something?

crazycraig, rich and i do not work for any manufacturer, carrier or anyone other than phonescoop. we know so much about helio because we just met with the company and spent over an hour discussing what they have to offer and previewing their phones and software.

i know it's totally vague but all helio would commit to is definitely launching this quarter. here's what we know about the whole sooner or later thing:
the phones seem ready to go. we have every reason to believe the hardware is ready and we played with the latest software for them and it was fast and stable.
the online services are still being tweaked. helio (rightly so) don't want to launch before they can guarantee they have all the online components in place and working right. the beta of the myspace site we played looked good and loaded quickly, but still had a few technical quirks. helio was working overtime on resolving them even as we played with the handsets last week. so we know they want to squash the bugs asap.
