I think this is a great service for older customers. Look in most home electronics stores; there is a phone with large dial buttons, marketed towards older or sight impaired persons.
I couldn't have imagined before working at a wireless carrier store how many people ask why there is no dial tone, or that they want a phone for their parent/grandparent but it needs to be basic (apparantly the free phones are too complicated in some cases)
This is the polar opposite of the firefly and similar kid based phones, still simple, and especially the three button phone, as simple as it can get and still make and receive calls.
Finally grandma can pimp out with her jitterbug, while callin' her peeps on her way to bingo!
