Defending a product and a few shameless plugs here and there are all great. Most of us have biases one way or another based on our own past experiences. Thats also great.
Diamonds approach of a "greater evil" as he calls it does nothing but make people hate Sprint. It's actually bringing out everyones biases even more. Does nothing to help his cause. AsI mentioned, he is kept around for giggles.
People should be perfectly happy with big proponents of any type of tech as long as they are knowledgable about it
