Sprint's largest problem is marketing. To be perfectly frank, they suck at it.
They have a great product. Their customer service has made a complete turn around for the better. Their price plans are regarded as one of the best in the industry for post paid. Their device selection has not only given some nice choices but also top rated choices. Yet they continue to milk the life support on the marketing team. This needs to stop. They need to learn to sell their product better.
I love Sprint, but many need to discover them again. Something needs to grab the attention of potential subscribers in addition to and above affordable price.
