Well, that's just it--their services aren't dung. They're just not THAT much better than the competition. And Pantech & Kyocera have made some good phones.

I don't know how old you are (or what that has to do with anything). First Kyocera branded phone I recall selling was 2035-A in 2001 or so. I remember selling Qualcomm branded phones in '99 for Alltel when they were still PCS.
