I must admit that I like this carrier. A real dynamo. They are always doing something that one would think is beyond its means. VoLTE already! If this were Verizon they would be crowing to the winds. Go on ahead Metro!

That is one of the things that impresses me also. The smaller carriers always seem to be the ones implementing aggressive steps forward. The larger ones sit on cash until necessary.

It's a shame. Most wireless consumers don't see this. They presume that since their carrier is the largest, that they are part of innovation/progress.

So true. But I also think the small companies have a lot less paper work and much less bureaucracy to go through to make things happen on a large scale at a faster pace. 😎

All quite correct. Now if only MetroPCS would put more qualified people to handle Customer Service, they would have have the field.
Impressive yes in the past 5 years.
One technical problem persists though.
Their phones drop calls to voice-mail or missed calls even before the phones have a chance to ring.
Even their tech support is clueless what it is. 😕

This has been my point for the last couple of years. Metro works great for me without contracts and at a great monthly rate. Just bought my Android phone and I love it. Go Metro, forget AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-mobile.

This is where the line is usually crossed. Like a carrier without bashing all the others.
