I bought that, sealed in a package and unable to open it to see how thick it was. I knew it was pretty thick, but man, it is THICK!
1500 mah, but still. I think I'll just get an extra standard battery. It truly is very hideous and uncomfortable to carry with a huge square sticking out the back. Plus, the battery doesn't even seem to be made by Samsung, which I think is sketchy. Works okay though so far, but I think that I'm going to take it back.
