Dude I have no idea what Rich is talking about. I've put a lot of mp3's and jpegs on my A900 through the usb cable. As a matter of fact I've got 2 episodes of the Boondocks on my phone as well.

Just go to www.samsungwireless.com/a900download to download the latest driver for this phone. this is an excerpt from the user manual:

"Transfer photos and music files between your phone and a PC via the included USB data cable. Simply download the necessary driver from www.samsungwireless.com/a900download to your PC, and follow the instructions included in the enclosed user's guide."

The samsung rep told us at the sprint store that this is supposed to work for the a920 as well, but have not personally been able to do so.

For the A920, just use a SD card reader or TF card reader - to heck with their software - it works great! Fast too - as long as you have USB 2.0.

Even faster if your laptop has an SD slot built in (like my inspiron 6000 or my brother's gateway)
for those with the phone in the review a900, unfortunately this is the only way to go.
