AT&T Looking to Finalize Class Action Suit Over Taxes

Gotta love the haters. I actually looked up a lot of stuff on this within the company and apparently at no point did the government say "Wait! Stop! You're not supposed to collect taxes on this, lol. Silly AT&T..." If state policies and taxes are changed and AT&T has no real corp. foothold in said state, it's something easily overlooked. AT&T wasn't the only company that did this either.

i wonder how long its going to take for the local govts to pay the money back they knowingly took. shocking they didnt give any notice or refund to att and all the other companies that paid. i would love to know where all this money went and to see what it was spent on.
