I would not say that. AT&T the first to come up with tiered data pricing for smartphones..which was a smart move on there part to lift some of the heavy usage..verizon followed with that somewhat....

what do u mean by that?

Att has actually show some balls to make a statement this bold so quickly after tmobile makes their so called 4g announcement. Everyone else with hspa+ networks are calling it 3g and they have faster speeds then tmobile does and had it much longer. The fact that att has the same technology on there network makes me believe they do have 21mbps hspa+ that would explain the reason why the iphone 4 can pull down 3-6mbs on att network in good coverage areas. Thats the same max speeds Im seeing on Vibrants and g2's on tmobiles network while Evo's and Epic's are getting 7-10mbps max on Wimax. 😎
