I think they should double the 'cap' for charging tethering fees.

I know! If you have an unlimited Data plan you should be able to use it however you want. Even if you get clocked back you shouldn't have to pay more for the same Data.

i agree, i think it's stupid you have to pay 2 times. internet was meant to be used and what do they expect in 2010 when everything including a toaster can have an IP address not to mention IPv4 is going to make way for IPv6 because we're said to be running out of IP addresses. there's no real pro consumer regulation. however, at least to be fair tmobile is being generous by doing "unlimited data" with a cap/throttle after 5GB which is better than what verizon and at&t have to offer imho
