Flash has been 'about to be released on each platform' for what...
a year? two years? I've lost track.
HTML 5 is the only game in town when it comes to mobile. Flash hasn't even shown up yet aside from a few Android handsets, and given I don't even run Flash on my desktop browser anymore as most sites have converted to HTML 5, it's death will be before it ever sees the light of day on BB and WebOS.
