Whats outdated about it? Just because its not a touch screen doesn't make it outdated.

Who are you trying to convince? You sound like a guy laughing at his own jokes. If Blackberry OS is not for you, one wonders why you would even bother clicking on an article about a RIM product never-mind actually COMMENTING on one. I guess even RIM has haters as "outdated" as it supposedly is.

I'm a former 9630 owner and had a Curve before that. RIM "NEW" devices are just remakes or refresh of old ones by just adding 1 or 2 things.

Their devices are old, outdated and every single one they release is the same as the previous one.

This stuff makes me laugh. RIM has never come out with anything like this before. If you use that type to logic, a great majority of phones introduced these days would be "refreshed" or "remade" models

Okay. So you have moved on. I get that. It still does not answer the question why you feel it necessary to bash a phone that you no longer carry. You MAY be correct. I don't know. The last Blackberry I owned was the 8330. I have never owned an Android. It just makes you look incredibly small to be going on like a jilted school girl.

I've noticed that rather little has been spoken about that actual phone, as opposed to RIM as a technological failure. While I agree that they remake "new" phones from existing designs, they also have created the Torch, which I feel is an acceptible improvement over the tiny screens of the curve and the like. This phone seems to be taking steps forward in terms of camera MP and screen size, although I cant comment on the new OS, as I've not yet played with it. Overall I'd say that RIM is moving in the right direction, albeit a little slowly.
