Since When Can The Goverment Change The Terms On A PRIVATE Agreement?

OMG do you know what kind of precedence this could set?

Two private individuals enter into a signed binding agreement and the government will step in? When no laws are being broken. What will be next?

I agree with you. Seeing the FCC step in is just plain stupid in my opinion. There's this thing called "personal responsibility."

I agree w/u about the accountability thing. To me, keeping track of minutes usage is no different than going to chase.com and keeping track of my checking acct balance.

yes i do agree that they should not have interferred. but there is only so much that someone cand do.. yes there are phone options for checking usage or online ways but everyone does not have a computer. some people dont know that they can check their usage on their own phones as well.. trust me it is a truth i work for tmobile and half to 3 quarters dont know..

but its not going to effect anything on a bill its just a thing so people do know nothing wrong with that. you can go on and on about the personal responsibility of every individual but its not going to change the fact that they put this in place. kudos to the ones who do check thier minuites though
