Pre-paid or not, that is alot of money for and entry level android phone. I am waiting for the first sale under $175 {Black Friday}. After watching all of the video reviews, no way would I pay $250.

as a VM customer, I would be more than happy to pay 250 for this phone when it is only 25 a month for the service, compared to a base plan of 75 or 80 a month for contract service. You will more than come out of ahead in the long run.

I thought the price would have been outrageous like the Boost Mobile android phone. Heck, it cost $399 at Best Buy. I paid $250 for the VM Blackberry earlier this year and will definitely pay $250 for the intercept as soon as my local Target gets some in stock.

I have the horrible X-TC. I will wait for the Black Friday sale when the phone is half off. Also, I will wait to see if Virgin mobile blocks you from using the android market.

They cant block them from the market, it has nothing to do with the cell phone carrier, you can use an android phone that is not activated and connect to WIFI and jump on the android market....

Lol, why do you think you can take sprint and verizon droid phones and flash them to cricket and still use the app market.

Virgin Mobile has locked all of there phones from downloading third party apps. So a android phone on virgin mobile might have some restrictions.
