Verizon Wireless to Refund $90 Million in Data Fees

The first thing a buyer of a web or data enabled phone should do is disable access by going into the data settings.
Carriers and phone manufacturers can do their part by making one touch access less accessible or putting data further into the menu system.
I can picture how many customers used it intentionally and whined saying they never meant to push the option or I never signed up for data plans so why should my phone allow me to access it. 🙄 🙄 🙄
