No, no it doesn't. There is no evidence supporting that particular claim, and a TON of evidence contradicting it.
And things are looking pretty bad for Clear right now. Even Sprint doesn't want to continue funding them, and it's board members are jumping ship fast.
The EVO is a decent phone. but Wi-Max has a long way to go, if it ever makes it out of diapers.
