ummm im a little confused.
How do you know how much spectrum t-mobile has?
How do you even know how much spectrum you need to build out a lte network?
T-mobile doesnt need to build LTE yet...verizon does. Why? because their network has been upgraded to its max and tapped out at 3mbps. Sprint same story which is why wi-max came into the picture....Same with at&t. Hspa+ uses the same 3g spectrum(so deploying it doesnt take anymore resorces then what their currently using) all they do is add a little upgrade to their 3g towers; giving faster speed than current "4g" speeds. It is easier to deploy which is why t-mobiles hspa + is already covering more areas and more customers than wi-max .Plus hspa+ can even be upgraded to 42mbps. Verizon is expecting to launch LTE with what? 6-10 mbps. how long till lte is up to 42mbps...i dont know?
I honestly dont know if t-mobile has the spectrum or not for lte and i don't know if they plan on implementing it in the future. I assume that they will be but who knows.
Maybe their just waiting for lte to develope more befor they implement it ...meanwhile their going to give their customers faster speeds then their competition. Wink
