Laws if you people could use your phone while driving and not wreck. People are using their phones and wreck into something then this is why we have these laws. Simply put learn how to drive while using a phone and that will be the end.

Society is so stupid. We actually have to have laws making it illegal to drive while drunk because people are stupid enough to not realize that they cant operate the same while sober.

Other countries dont have these issues, maybe because their citizens arnt so stupid.

I agree. It, afterall, took only one employee from a beer factory to get into an accident on the way home from work to have said factory no longer offer free beer to employees on shift. One accident in it's some 15 or 20 year history of offering that great perk and ONE single jackass ruined it for forever. Padding the world for loonies is only going to create a new kind of loonie. I wish they would stop kneeling to the minorities.

I understand how you feel. But here's the problem with your thought process. For every one of those "Loonies" that make irrational decisions, it seems an equal amount or more of innocent bystanders become the victims of such decisions. This in a sense does not become a minority problem It becomes a majority.

It would be my hope that more people would take preventive measures more seriously, rather than self-absorbed satisfaction of selfish convenience.

Well, if a minority is causing the problem with equal 'victims' that still makes a minority since it balances itself out...unless that minority happens to affect more than one person for each minority, as you stated. HOWEVER, most accidents seem to occur with equal numbers (1 person hit 1 person). On the same side...the person being hit is equally guilty since they should have been paying attention themselves. This, of course, doesn't fully apply if you are rear-ended because that (in most states) automatically is at the fault of the person that hit you...even if it was your fault for getting hit (no break lights, sudden breaking because you weren't paying attention to the person in front of you, etc).

Outside of all that though...bannin...

Why dont we go to the root of the problem and just ban cars in america? Only the lawmakers will be privileged to have access to motorized vehicles.

Take it down to the lowest level.

Like since we are so stupid to save a life speed limit is 10 MPH.

Take our radios and all the other stuff so no distraction. Seats for one so no others....

Where will it end????????
