Skyhook Sues Google Over Business Practices

I hate to say it but those are tack-ons. They removed some user-level experience features (awesome) , but in this case we're talking about an API tied directly into Google's pockets.

From a developer's standpoint, this smells fishy. Android software conflicts are nothing new at all (hello Sense), and if there are future conflicts then Skyhook should be able to update accordingly, or Motorola could drop them at a later date (Apple did.)
