Wow.... It's taking everyone a lot of time to get good 3g and any 4g in San Diego...

I mean.. come on.... this is qualcomm country... we should be first with all the nextgen network stuff....

I'm a little confused. I thought the G2 was going to be the first HSPA+ phone...

it is however, the all the current phones that we have that are hspa7.2 will be able to get 7mbps in an hspa+ network. well there also our hspa+ web connect "rocket" for laptops but for phones the "g2" will be the first hspa+ phone.

Silly me. I read devices and think phones. I always forget about the connection card. With the BOGO special applying to the Vibrant, should I wait for the G2?

well it depends what you want if you like full keyboards id wait for the g2 if you like all touch phone id get the vibrant. The vibrant is hspa 7.2 so its really fast on an hspa + network.

Hey, it could be worse - when I'm at home, I'm stuck on GSM. No EDGE or 3G in my area. I'm tired of waiting for enhancement of the basic coverage. Forget enhancing already enhanced areas even more...
