Verizon's prepaid plans are simply not competitive. And the competition's networks aren't as bad as Verizon thinks.
Funny that they release this the same week that Virgin Mobile announces a $40.00 unlimited data plan. Sprint's data network is incredible. In Northwest markets (One of verizon's strongholds) we are getting speeds over 2mbps on 3G. What if Virgin Mobile was given access to the WIMAX network next year?
T-Mobile launched HSPA+ here and it is comparable to the current WIMAX standard.
Why pay so much for Verizon if the other carriers coverage works for youlike it does for 95% of Americans.
