Well I called and tried to work it with retention which I guess is the way to get this but you have to have dsl or cable router for it to work and just canceled mine because im using clear spot which is just like Sprint's overdrive. Oh well I still get adequate enough coverage most of the time. The pros outway the cons. At least it's better then Tmobiles coverage. I'll just keep taking advantage of Sprint's dropped call credits I guess as I need to when it happens.
