This offer is for any smartphone if you don't currently have one and if your contract ends this year. Its also not that big of a special now. You can already upgrade at 20 months which is four months before your contract ends. On september 1st everyones contract that ends this year will be eligible anyway.

My wife and I have originL droids. ContrCt is up december 2011...does that mean we qualify? Or only if u don't already have a smartphone?

2011 or 2010? Your contract must end sometime THIS year. If 2011, then no. It's really only supposed to be for people that don't have smartphones already but I've heard of people with smartphones that got it too.
