What part of Android wasn't ripped off?

At this point you've got Microsoft settling and Apple suing over the end user experience, and you've got Oracle suing over the foundation. Yikes.

Maybe so, but that doesn't mean certain lawsuits aren't valid. It exists for a reason.

This Frankenstein of an OS has Google in bed with everyone lately. Well this should be interesting because Oracle has nuts big enough to take Google head on. I think this will end off in some stake in Google given to Oracle and a handshake.

certain lawsuits are valid, someone trying to troll for money because they fail at making their own (or another company suing a competitor only if they feel their market share threatened) isn't what it's for.

The only people who benefit from these suits are lawyers. Oracle is shooting themselves in the foot with the Java community with this lawsuit.
