Oracle Smacks Google with Lawsuit Over Android Patents

I think this is different than the Apple thing. Given that, this could be potentially damaging to the cell phone industry given the popularity of the Android system. If Oracle wins this lawsuit, say goodbye to google and android. Back to good ol' Windows operating system on cells. LOL. This can't happen, if anything, google should offer to allow Oracle to partner so the Android system stays. Its all about making money, but you can't make money if you piss off the consumer. Right?
