State of New York Sues LCD Makers
Honest Opinion?
The whole damn wireless industry is based on price fixing. It all starts with the manufacturers.
Manufacturers overcharge for their products, carriers pay it and just charge it back to the subscribers.
But back to the point of topic.
I think if this law suit holds any validity, it would have to be backed by the country itself rather than just New York. Are the other state not effected by this?
