:-) Stoked about the phone... but I have a few reservations.
How do you think this new design affects the look and feel of the device? When selling to a business-user, I always touch on the vanity and toughness of the Blackberry series. Do you think the form factor might turn away users that would consider the phone less professional in form, and conceivably more fragile as well?

I actually believe it looks quite professional, but it does look rather fragile in the picture... but c'mon man it's RIM, you know it's built tough
