more underperforming locations to waste good support at.

The Shack needs to fix their own stores and SCK in Wal-mart before they move on to tarnish Tarjia's reputation.

SCK is not in Walmart, they are in Sams Clubs, Kmart and they are very profitable. Their sales in wireless are through the roof..That is why Target chose them..

I get it. That is what I meant. I tend to lump all the crap together in one pile.

They might be 'profitable' and think that their sales are good but ask the carrier partners what they think of them. They are the butt of jokes and some of the worst performing locations for the carriers. Not to mention one of the highest costs of customers acquisition.

Who really cares what the carrier partners think. The kiosks give the customers better customer service and a lower price than they can get elsewhere, all while paying their employees great commissioned pay and benefits. They sell a tremendous number of phones for most of the carriers they sell, out selling most other retailers. Isn't that what it's all about? Plus they get the fewest returns in the industry..

You're drinking the Kool-Aid.
and they don't come close to other retailers.

They are just below Radio Shack
and slightly above Wally World.

They around out the bottom 3 retailers.

Put on your purple jump suite and white tennis shoes.

I see you don't know what you're talking about or you are one on the vendors that doesn't sell well at sck (Verizon) .

If you are Sprint, you would love that Sprint represents 90% of SCK sales. That's why Best Buy is interested in buying them..(Wall St Journal)
