I'll wager $2 that T-mobile or Sprint buys up the FLO spectrum and deploys LTE-TDD.

T-mobile is far more likely to do his then Sprint.

Not to mention 700MHz. Does that mean compatibility with ATT and Verizon LTE networks in the future(since they own some of that spectrum)?

Unless there's a way to turn that spectrum into 2 way communication, the spectrum is only downstream. So in its current form, this spectrum is of use to any cellphone carrier.
