Apple Distributes iOS 4.0.1 to Fix Antenna Software

My cousin was one of the first to preorder an iphone 4. I kept trying to tell him an antenna outside where it can be touched "not traditional stub/extend antennas" can cause a problem. I'm no RF engineer but common sense will tell you that your signal can't be that awesome if it has to attempt to pass thru human hands. So we're at Six Flags - Great America in Gurnee IL a couple weeks ago and we're in line for Iron Wolf and his signal just sank to nothing just because I was holding it like my G1. I will say this, for those who are UNFAMILIAR with apple jailbreaking. Yes the idevices are in walled garden mode but jailbreaking my ipod touch 2G has afforded me a ton of more flexability to do what I want. Don't get me wrong, I love Android but I...

The issue is not touching the antenna, but rather bridging them.
