They got what they deserved. the artical was a little confusing to read but it seemed like they didn't fully disclose the ETF's to people. If thats the case good, not disclosing all the infomation is fraud play and simple. Every dog has it's day.

You do realize that 21 million isn't really all that much to Verizon and the bulk of any class action settlement goes to the lawyers?

You relize that even if it's not it's still a lot. Corporations would, if they can help it, rather not lose any money even if it is "only" 21 million. what company enjoys losing money of any amount ?
as far as the money going to the lawers, your point ? the people are gettting there money back, and verizon is learning a lesson, case closed. Lawyers are not free by any means.

yeah that was kind of my point by saying "only", i like how our mindstate is now that 21 mill is not a lot for anyone.
