Luke wilson is full of crap. you think a company as big as AT&T would of test the phones before they released them, but when you company is going belly up you need to make money some how.

They couldn't test it enough, because the engineer left it at the bar due to reception issues since he was a lefty.

It's not up to AT&T to test a device not branded by the company. The iphone is up to Apple to test due to locked branding. Notice, nowhere on an iphone will you see AT&T printed.

And since the product was launching soon AT&T trusted that Apple would make the thing well. They do have a track record.

Right, Apple controls 100% of Apples actions. Heck, they control like 90% of AT&T's actions concerning the iPhone too.
