Yes and those things were all true BEFORE you clicked on this article. One wonders why you felt the need to not only READ the article, but then took the type to give your pitiful commentary. I hate Verizon as much as the next guy, but TROLLING is just a damned shame. Chill out. No one is holding you hostage here.

How? Cause he states the truth? Verizon sucks and it's pathetic how they're trying to distract people away from the Evo and iPhone 4 with enticing phones but fail to do anything about their $hitty plans. Not to mention their overall arrogance which is why they don't have the iPhone. Boy they sure missed the boat on that one. Oh and I loved how they proudly proclaimed that their ol...

Actually, both Sprint and Verizon's networks each handle way more data traffic than AT&T so "yes" they could handle the Iphone!

That study was actually very flawed with its results and methods for attaining those results.

You're kidding, right? I mean, it's simply a matter of two different kinds of signal. They excel at different things.

Like AM and FM radio. They're both radio, and they both have their advantages, but anyone with half a brain knows which one is better for them.

I'm just sick and tired of idiots clicking on iphone articles and saying how over-rated the iphone is or clicking on Android articles and saying it will never compare to the iphone. I did not dispute any of the OP's assertions. It SHOULD be obvious to ANY consumer nevermind the astute PnoneScoop crowd that Verizon's prices are the worst. But WE ALREADY KNOW THIS. Shut your hole already. I don't like being reminded that I can't have a freaking iphone or a Supersonic by every *BLEEP*ing troll on the *BLEEP*ing site! The *BLEEP* gets old and YES it IS trolling. Why would someone who obviously hates Verizon number one even bother clicking on this article when it is obviously about a Verizon handset? On top of that this mofo POSTS about s...

Well... I'm gonna go out on a limb here. Your name is "i don't". Say- that wouldn't be a reference to the 6 month old Verizon ad for the Droid, would it? Hmmm... I'm sniffin' around and I'm gettin' a whif of bias. In addition- is it just me? Or is Verizon putting out more phones than ever before? Granted, it ain't no smart phone (like the iphone), but could it just be that some folks don't have a need for a smartphone? Lot's of stuff to think about here.... or you could get one o' dem new ATT "iphones" that keep dropping calls, depending on how you hold it. 🤣

Nor do I...If you look, AT&T's pricing just about mirrors that of Verizon. And whenever Verizon makes a change in it's pricing, AT&T almost always follows suit. They don't lead the industry, they follow.

yeah see that why i'm confused, i hear that everywhere. Overpriced means your paying more for something you can get somewhere else and Honestly i've had Sprint and the Coverage is no where near Verizons. you get what you pay for and Sprint is less for a reason. At&T are about the same in cost and verizons coverage is better, so i would be more inclinded to say AT&T is overpriced.

This is absolutly true. You get less with AT&T for the same price as Verizon. So this "overpriced" arguement makes no sense. When Verizon changed thier pricing on the unlimited plans earlier this year, AT&T followed within a day.

I'm using both Sprint and Verizon right now, and I haven't been anywhere that one worked and the other didn't.

Sprint has improved their coverage by leaps and bounds in the past couple of years. If you haven't tried them recently, you should. You might be surprised - and you would realize that Verizon IS overpriced.

only reason is because Sprint Roams on Verizon now and honeslty i would be mad if i got bumped off a call because more verizon customers started using there phones. There really not that much better then they used to be, a buddy of mind had them last year and on top of him not haveing coverage when i did, they were always messing up his bill. I would much rather pay more for less headache.

Yes. The FCC mandates voice roaming so if one goes to an area where there is no Sprint coverage at all...Verizon is obilgated to allow you to roam on their towers and Sprint has to pay them. However if Sprint has any coverage whatsoever no matter how poor they will not allow you to use Verizon's towers. Many Sprint users once bragged that they were paying for Sprint and could roam on Verizon for free. Sprint no longer sells handsets which allow forced roaming however.

I am with Sprint, and have the Evo and it is a great phone. Sprint will have the Epic 4G (Samsung S with Keyboard) soon, and a lot of ppl will go to that phone for the KB, I have learned to like my KB. I read a report this morning that VZW will have the iPhone by Jan 2011m guess christmas time. My thought is with VZW pushing Droid so much what will happen when they do launch the iPhone? Stop pushing Droid, fow Droid being a young OS it is great, I came from the TP2 and a long line of WinMo. I myself would not get an iPhone, I do not care for Apples ways, but that is me.
