well a chain saw already has a label that says "do not stop chain with hand", a lawn mower has a label that says "do not put hand under while mower is on", and a cup of coffee says "Extremely hot, Drink with care".

Well the reasoning is because somebody sued and won because there was no warning. prime example McDonalds Coffee. lady spills hot coffe in lap after putting cup on dashboard of car then driving, apparently they settled out of court for approx $4million. Companies have to put these warnings on devices to protect themselves from law suits.

Like that lady that is suing google because she got hit by a car using their maps.

People from Cali have this stupid sense of entitlement. And this "nobody talks to me that way" attitude, because they think they are better that another human. San francisco = California concentrate.

It makes complete sense that the radiation the phones put out be displayed. It will slow these idiots down from slapping manufacturers with lawsuits.

My get rich quick scheme consists of a short vacation to San Francisco, and suing the ish out of somebody for my own stupidity. I think I will walk into a grocery store and shop lift some bleach and then drink it. Then I'll sue the ish out of the store because they didn't have any open signs on the is...

Hey Mossberg, please don't think that San Fransicko (oh, LA too) and the rest of California are one in the same. I live in the Bay Area and there are many others here that can't stand the friggin morons in SF. They're in their own little bubble world over there.

The point is there are som abulance chasers who file classaction law suits against companies for millions, they get about 60% of the judgement and the class splits what is left over. I got $2.50 in a class action lawsuit that I was not aware I was a party to. You see these companies advertized on TV,
"If you or a person you know has suffered injury or even death from using a Cell phone while texting, you are not alone. Please call the law office of Cheatem and Screwem, you may be eligible for a large cash award".

Have you seen the warning labels they put on candles these days? It's like they compressed a Fire Safety book onto a label. It's a CANDLE, not a Flamethrower!
