I know coverage must SUCK, I think they use AT&T's map... but I bet it's even worse than AT&T

Suck is an understatement. They are a joke. Aaaaaand spell Pittsburgh wrong on their brochures and website. Just sayin'

I never even heard of them. I've heard of walmart's brand which uses verizon. However if this MVNO uses at&t I couldn't imagine how bad the coverage is. I had at&t gophone service sim and what they don't tell you is that you get less than half their contract coverage.

Well, that's not entirely true, flip. AT&T GoPhone gives you the vast majority of the coverage you get with their post-paid "contract" service. The only restriction is that you can't roam on partner networks.

Simple Mobile is essentially a joke.

Simple Mobile uses T-Mobile's network. They also have no roaming on AT&T.

There are many places that T-Mobile will not roam on AT&T even when necessary. Each of them think when the other has enough towers in an area, they will not let the other roam on their network even when there is no signal. AT&T phones have no manual network search feature.

Coverage is on the T-mobile 1900 mhz band and 3G. across the US including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. You can use T-mobile phones or unlocked phones including Blackberry and I-phone.They also including international texting and low international calling rates.
