3Gs since 7/9/09, am I eligable for upgrade?

I bought an iPhone 3Gs and renewed my 2 year contract on 7/9/09. Would I be eligable this year for the reduced pricing? ($200 for 16GB)

You're contract ends in July of 2011 so why do you think you would qualify for this deal?

Because customers are eligible for upgrades before their contract expires. I believe it is 18 months for the upgrade, but AT&T is allowing earlier upgrades for the iPhone 4.
