That was just a little humor on my part. Sprint has improved their customer service considerably. And I know my parents appreciate it (being Sprint customers).

I'm on Verizon & I'm just waiting till my contract ends to get a new smartphone. I haven't decided on one yet. Of all the Android devices I've experienced, the Nexus One just FEELS right. I love the design and form factor.

Besides, why go with 2500 mhz WiMax when I can get 700 mhz LTE very, very soon?

It is good that you have recognized this change. What I have found more impressive, is when you write to Dan Hesse, You get an automated email back saying that someone from his office will contact you on the next business day. Three times I emailed. All three were answered by a phone call back to me! Not only did they get back to me, they liked one of my suggestions and forwarded it to the division that handles those affairs and then that department got back to me in 4 days! Sprint is listening.

Try it. dan@sprint.com
