This is absurd. theres plenty of ways to conceal phone registration identity. this bill will do nothing but infringe on our privacy rights. as long as the physical security of airports and other "protected" facilities are inadequate, we will be attacked. thanks homeland security..... for slowly deteriorating the rights of amerikan people....

Clearly, if you have any negative opinions of this, you are one of the "terrorists, drug kingpins and gang members" who wish to go on doing your evil duties.

No its nitwits like you that want to give everything short of your soul to the Government and other entities in the "name of security". The Airport security and other buildings like that is a JOKE. The only point of a bill like this is to infringe upon the rights of citizens and to further erode them so that the government has the power. Sorry - its the other way around. This type of legislation is absurd and reprehensible. Its more "false" security.

It's not about having something to hide. It's about protecting our rights as citizens, so the government doesn't get out of hand with taking them away. Sure, ID on prepay isn't such a big deal in itself, but the fear is in how much more of our privacy they may choose to take away as time goes on. If we don't exercise and stand up for our rights, government will see no problem with taking them away.

^ Exactly... there will always be "evildoers"
but taking our rights away dont solve anything its like putting the whole block in jail for the drug dealer on the corner.....pretty pointless if you ask me.
