Oh, if only it were like Europe where phones were sold unlocked everywhere. We wouldn't have to worry about this problem at all.

This is not Europe and thank God its not. If you wish to buy a "unlocked Phone you can now. I wish people would read the contracts they are given before they sign them. I blows my mind that we allow people this stupid out on the the streets without handlers. The government has to tell you to ask questions before you sign something, that you can't eat fat and salt with it killing you. That you should watch were you are going when driving a car. Just how stupid are you people.

I do buy unlocked phones actually. Suits me better.
As for my stand on this...I couldn't care less whether people get taken and then end up with a huge ETF fee. I just hate having to hear about "how the gov't is fixing it" and the people who complain "something has to be done!"
