sometimes big companies need to be taken down a peg or 27. otherwise they're allowed to create these outlandish rules just for doing business with them and 8 out of 10 times the customer is the one who gets the short end of the stick and has to pay heavily when facing a large company.

Yeah, but there are other, BETTER ways of going about it. Like, I don't know, don't use their service... Good for the class action lawyer though, I'm sure he needed the money.

Ya can you do this with BP? I can't stop buying their oil its all over the place. Sometimes there are NO BETTER way to do things.

Cause VZW sets up the rules, ie. If they do something other wireless company will follow so whats the point of changing service if the other service are copying their same policy..

Really? So you're telling me that Sprint and T-Mo have the same fees and same ETF? There is a choice out there and if you don't like on, the others DO have different policies.
