Class action suits= each person getting $10 and the lawyer getting millions.

$10?? If they're lucky, they'll get something closer to $1 each... Thats the nature of Class Action suits. The attorney's trick is to play upon the plantiff's emotions so they sign on for the emotional payoff as opposed to any significant financial reward. It's a dirty business.

Finally! Stick it to them and their iron clad contracts.. 😉 VZW always and tries to twist the arms of people due to their power. I am glad that a court flipped a bitch on this.

but people agree in the contract to settle disputes via arbitration, so im not quite sure but i think this may be bs...you have the right to leave if any material changes are made that you dont like! 😲

Unless you sign a contract stating you agree to "any material changes are made that you dont like". 😕

Yeah, why should you have to honor a contract you freely entered? How dare a company expect you to fulfill your promise to them! It is just unamerican I tell you!

learn a thing or two from VZW customers, let's all get together and do a class action law suit to get out of our car payments because the price of gas went up

lol thats a good one...although there is a big difference between rising gas prices and "adjusting" contract peramaters. Gas stations have no affiliation with car lots as verizon is doing this all on their own. i was once a verizon customer with no complaints with there coverage...but i got tired of them not taking care of my billing issues. i since have switched to sprint, and dispite what many people have said about their customer service and billing issues...i have been well taken care of by them for the past 2+ years...hence my decision to re-up for another 2 years once the evo drops...who's with me???
