Review: Motorola i870

muchdrama and other interested parties... my gym here in SF was previously a bank. it's not that unusual a place for gyms here, oddly - they're usually wide open building with high ceilings and a structure solid enough to deal with the pounding of people and weights. at our gym, the locker rooms are converted bank vaults in the building's basement. the entire building is heavy concrete and though the vault doors have been removed, the whole place is still rather airtight. (you should smell the downstairs free weight room on a hot day - blech!).

notably, the door to the upstairs safety-deposit vault has been left in tact but permanently set to locks extended with the door open. the machinery that locks the door is visible through a window installed in the back side of the door. it is the most amazing thing i've seen.
