...if you can add, say, unlimited web for, say, $10?

That would be good. $60 for unlimited talk/SMS/MMS/email/web.

Nope - T-Mobile prepaid doesn't have unlimited web except with the Dollar-a-Day Sidekick plan. You do have the option of the 99 cent hour pass, which is unlimited for that hour...
