ETF's, Voice and Data, Coverage, 3G Speed......
Reasons to get the AT&T Version:
1) Faster 3G Network than Sprint or Verizon. I believe this device support 7.2Mbps HSDPA, which AT&T will be rolling out over the next 6 months- at a rate which will surpass Sprint's 4G rollout. It won't be quite as fast as Sprint's 4G network, but it'll be close AND won't require an additional monthly fee.
2) Sprint's selling an old version with half the memory and RAM.
3) AT&T's version works internationally.
4) AT&T's ETF is half that of Verizon's.
Not saying AT&T's version is exactly a steal, myself I'd go for the Verizon version with the Mobile Hot Spot if Verizon had something close to decent coverage here.
