While I can agree that the previous message did little to show any sort of intelligence or insight on Best Buy's behalf I implore you not to lump the majority with the minority. Every retailer is going to have their grammatically inept employees (much to my disgruntlement). There are those of us out there who know how to turn off capslock and know words that are more than a single syllable. Best Buy isn't a bad place to shop for phones. In fact, I've received several customers who were sent to us from the other providers' stores because we were able to do something they couldn't. Does that mean that all Best Buy employees are capable of putting together a cohesive sentence? No, unfortunately not. It just means that the occasional moron slips...

Thank you for this post. I am not sure why the Sprint reps are on here down talking Best Buy. My experience with purchasing a phone has always been superb and I have always saved money with you guys. There is no reason to uprade a phone at a Sprint store if you have Best Buy and radio shack doing the same thing without the rebate and the prices are always a lot cheaper!
