I think you might be happy to hear that Sprint has released the 2.1 upgrade for the Moment. I believe it was released yesterday.

I have never lost faith since Dan Hesse has been at the wheel. People need to understand that Sprint's overall image has been tarnished. While this image is of past performance of years ago, the lasting memories continue to plague their name. Current management knows this and are watching every move they make. Sprint is really moving in the right direction. Change does not happen overnight. As it stands currently, Sprint's customer service and network issues have improved dramatically. Consumers of Sprint realizing this, are better equipped to help rebuild their competitive position by being patient and "candidly" offering suggestions. Not with malicious threats and intimidation.

Believe me. They are listening.

Good Points! & I am keeping the faith in them. Dan sure does like to star in the commercials lol some see it as confidence others conceded I guess.

I don't look at it as being conceited. For a CEO of a large corporation to get in front of a camera and push his company to millions of people, shows that he believes in his product. I actually find this very impressive. Not only is his name associated with Sprint, Now his face is as well. That's putting alot out into the public.

I once hated Sprint and vowed never to return. However, the last four years now I have been with Sprint, they have truly been the best experience I have received from any wireless company.
