when is SEC going to reverse the discrimate 25000$ daytrader rule?
if you have 25000$ in your stock account, you can daytrades as many as you wish!
but if you poor and dont have 25000$, you only allow to daytrades 3 times in 5 days period!
that is like going to casino, if you bet 100$ per game you can leave anytime; but you poor and bet 10$, you not allow to leave table until you played 8 hours???

$25,000 in stock is honestly not that much.
When you have that much in your stock account you can trade like the big-boys. Until then, you can't.
I'm not calling it fair, I don't know that much about the market, but this is a phone forum and you are talking about something that should be brought up elswhere.

When you have that much in your stock account you can trade like the big-boys. Until then, you can't.
