I can't wait to watch the video where she is on the stand or in front of the judge and says "I have never, ever, used the iPhone while it was raining, drizzling or foggy in San Francisco during the winter months. I have never taken the iPhone with me to the beach where it could have gotten splashed by a wet dog. And I have especially never silenced a call after washing my hands or during a shower."

Apple has 3 moisture tags in the 3g and 3gs models, one just inside the aim card slot, one right under the screen when you take the screws out and a third near the important parts IN the device. Go to ifixit dawt com to see screen shots of them.

She probably weighs to much to blame it on perspiration while working out (you can physically ...

1. It's SIM card slot, not aim card slot.

2. It's dot, not dawt

3. Damn, that's some poor ass build quality Apple exhibits in it's iPhones if the moisture tags under the screen changed color.

they all lie about that BS. i hated the days when i used to work at sprint they hand me the phone and then say, i dropped it in the toilet 👿 👿 👿

anyways... the only way those phones could get any close the humidity damage and the way she can win it is if she left it in the car from aid conditioning to straight 70 dew point or greater humidity. thus its an act of god and not the user. but i doubt the court will look at that.

California is the most stupidest state i ever heard about. atheists wanting to take god out of the pledge to force their religion on everyone to eliminate god when it should just be based on tradition. giving women the 5th chance for thier mistaken abortions, sue happy people, and of course those ...

I agree with you but apple posted that operating relative humidity: 5% to 95%
noncondensing, in 3rd grade science you learn that rain is 100% humidity and fog is 95% percent humidity. Both of which are plentiful in San Francisco. I agree completely with your views on califoria's wacko citizens and the good news is the less they breed (by killing their babies) the sooner we will be without them.

You ever heard of the doctrine of separation of church and state? If not, you might want to read up on it. There are crack selling gangs everywhere, not just in CA. So are sue-happy people. In fact, the whole US society is sue-happy.

You need to open your eyes or perhaps you need to read more news on your iphone. There are gangs everywhere in the US, in small towns and big cities. And there is no Jesus in my life because I am not Christian.

The doctrine of separation of church and state? Where in the constitution does it say that?

It is true that those exact words are not in the Constitution, however it is implied in the First Amendment.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

In my opinion people can believe what they want and do what they please with their bodies....it has no effect on me because they are not me. But back on subject, I bet this lady with the iphone took it in the shower and doesnt realize that the moisture from the steam got it wet lol.....man ive encountered that a lot when I worked at at&t

See the first amendment says they won't make a law establishing a religion or stopping someone in believing in their religion. Not separating church and state.

The Constitution doesn't exactly say that people have the right to a fair trial...however it is implied...that was the point of my last post. Separation of church and state is implied according to the first statement in the first admentment and personally the two should never meet in my opinion.

the fact is that seperation of church and state is an idea not a law. it was initially brought to the states by john locke(not from lost) stating that the government should have no say in how we the people choose or participate in our religeous beliefs. not the other way around.

Well our nation is doing a fine job violating that one. As a Christian I'm worried about our country. It's ok to be hindu or muslim but you support the Bible and you're finished. Never in my life have I witnessed our country pushing God out of our blessed country than now. We can't even hang the 10 Commandments anymore without the ACLU showing their butts. There have been places in this country where people having Bible study, praying in public, or sharing the Gospel that have gotten in trouble. Our nation's leaders are turning our constitution into toilet paper.

I know I'm off the phone subject but I used to wear a military uniform and I believe in God first and country second and my freedom of speech still stands, for now anyway. ...

heres where i exactly stand with that. noone is implying there be a law governed by a god, but truth is our laws are based on one due to the 10 commandments. now however you may feel... the fact remains that you have all the religions in the world believe in a type of god. that being the case... we have

You hit the nail right on the head. This friggin nation is going to fall apart the day they totally push God out. Atheism is a religion but they won't admit it. I don't believe in aliens but I don't go preaching about it. Atheists preach and spread the word just like Christians do, so yes, Atheism is a religion (aka: Secular Humanism). And you're right, if people would turn to Jesus they'd loose their lust for money by suing.

Who cares if the water sensors aren't accurate. If it still works and shows no sign of damage, ie: moisture in the screen, phone shorting out, restarts, stops working etc then you have a case but to make excuses to make money is stupid and a waste of court time.

I would be careful about calling people stupid when, judging by your poor writing skills, you are poorly educated. And for your information, the original pledge didn't have god in it. Moron Republican bible bangers forced it in in the 1950's. I feel sorry for people who believe in religion, fewer brain cells I guess.
As for the moisture sensor, in my shop I've seen them change color on our demo phones that have never been out of the building. If someone really got it wet it is easy for my techs to tell. If just one pad is bad but the phone is otherwise ok, we replace the pad with a new one..a judgment call..We prefer to give good customer service and take people at their word.

I can tell by the ignorance of your comment you have never held an iphone so let me clarify my previous post.

1. My iphone auto fixes "sim" with "aim" because it has auto-fix software built into the typing program. This makes typing extremely easy and accurate 90% of the time. This is one of those rare instances where i forgot to cancel the auto correction.

2. Dawt is An internet meme implying dot, once again i lol'd at your ignorance... or should i say i found humor in your inability to use google dawt com to search for the word dawt.

Since you have obviously never used an iphone, i dont see how you can judge the build quality of the device. Especially since it is manufactures by the same company (Foxconn) that manufactures both t...
